Design Limited 30 Day Warranty
and Limitation on Damages
Your site will be delivered to
you free of any mechanical problems.
If any are subsequently found,
they will be repaired at no cost
to the client within 24 hours or
less. Developer warrants the web
site for a period of 30 days from
the time the website is launched
online to the general public and
that it will conform to the Specifications.
If the web site does not conform
to the Specifications within that
30 day period, Developer shall
be responsible to correct the web
site without unreasonable delay,
at Developer’s sole expense
and without charge to Client, to
bring the web site into conformance
with the Specifications. This warranty
shall be the exclusive warranty
available to the Client. Client
waives any other warranty, express
or implied. Client acknowledges
that Developer does not warrant
that the web site will perform
uniformly on all web browsers and
operating system platforms. Client
waives any claim for damages, direct
or indirect, and agrees that its
sole and exclusive remedy for damages
(either in contract or tort) is
the return of the consideration
paid to Developer as set forth
in the Terms section.
After the 30 day warranty period,
any service or repair, upgrades,
or additions to the website will
incur our normal hourly maintenance
fee.

Multimedia CD-ROM (Interactive
Media) 30 Day Limited Warranty
and Limitation on Damages
Developer warrants the CD-ROM for
a period of 30 days from the time
the duplicated media is delivered
to the client and that it will
conform to the Specifications.
If the CD-ROM does not conform
to the Specifications within the
30 day period, Developer shall
be responsible to correct the CD-ROM
without unreasonable delay, at
Developer’s sole expense
and without charge to Client, to
bring the CD-ROM into conformance
with the Specifications. This warranty
shall be the exclusive warranty
available to the Client. Client
waives any other warranty, express
or implied. Client acknowledges
that Developer does not warrant
that the CD-ROM will work on all
computer platforms. Specifically,
the CD-ROM is developed for Windows
Operating Systems (Windows 98,
2000, XP). Client waives any claim
for damages, direct or indirect,
and agrees that its sole and exclusive
remedy for damages (either in contract
or tort) is the return of the consideration
paid to Developer as set forth
in the Terms section.
