Websites require maintenance from time to time in order to stay in shape. At 223 Interactive we offer maintenance services to handle these needs. We offer several maintenance packages to fit most any businesses needs. Some websites require very little maintenance and may benefit from an hourly (as needed basis) maintenance program. Other websites may require more updating and may benefit from our annual maintenance program.

We offer several maintenance plan options that include the following:

Hourly Maintenance Program

Sites requiring little maintenance are a best fit for this type of maintenance program. Our hourly rate for general updates includes such items as text and picture maintenance. Most updates can be completed within one hour. Just email us your updates/changes and we will complete within 24 hours.

Monthly Maintenance Program

Sites requiring routine updates are a best fit for this type of maintenance program. Monthly maintenance programs require a custom quote. Fees are based on the complexity of the website and the frequency of maintenance required. The advantage to this type of program is that you are able to get a more economical rate based on the volume of service needed.

All text updates must be delivered in either MS Word format or via email. Pictures must be provided in electronic format via disc or email. Picture scanning and word processing services would include an additional fee.

Content Management System (Client Maintenance Program)



Our system allows you to remotely edit your website from the comfort of your own home. Simply use the WYSIWYG editor to update your copy and it will immediately be updated on your website. This is one of our most popular forms of website updating since it allows your business to stay on top of your information. There is a monthly fee for this service.

Our content management system allows you to maintain your own website without having to contact your webmaster for necessary content and image updates. Our content management system is similar to using a text editor and offers you the ability to change text and images with a click of a button.
